1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using My Trade Email services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Trade Email, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Description of Services

• Domain registration and management services
• Email configuration for mobile devices and desktop clients

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing attempts
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Store or transmit illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment and Billing

Pricing

Our standard pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) is added at checkout.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Renewals

Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send renewal reminders via email at least 14 days before renewal.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

New customers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. Domain registration fees are non-refundable as domains are registered immediately with third-party registrars.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support. Service continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

7. Domain Ownership

Domains registered through our service are owned by you, the customer. Upon cancellation or termination:

• You retain ownership of your domain
• We will assist with domain transfer at no additional cost
• Transfer must be requested within 30 days of service termination

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Data and Backups

We maintain regular backups of service data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important emails and data. We are not liable for data loss except where caused by our negligence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, data, or business opportunities

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

The My Trade Email name, logo, and service are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission. You retain ownership of content you create and store using our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you qualify for alternative dispute resolution.
